केंद्रीय कर्मचारियों को नए साल में सरकार की तरह से एक बड़ी खुशखबरी मिल सकती है, मोदी सरकार केंद्रीय कर्मचारियों की सैलरी में इजाफा करने पर विचार कर रही है। सूचना के मुताबिक केंद्र सरकार केंद्र और राज्य कर्मचारियों का फिटमेंट फैक्टर बढ़ा सकती है, इसकी वजह से कर्मचारियों के न्यूनतम वेतन में वृद्धि होगी।
आपको बता दे केंद्र और राज्य कर्मचारी एक लंबे अरसे से मांग कर रहे थे कि न्यूनतम वेतन जो अभी 18,000 रुपए प्रतिमाह है उसे 26,000 रुपए प्रतिमाह किया जाए और इसके अलावा फिटमेंट फैक्टर को भी 2.57 प्रतिशत से बढ़ाकर 3.68 प्रतिशत तक बढ़ाया जाए। एक रिपोर्ट के मुताबिक 1 फरवरी 2022 को पेश होने वाले बजट से पहले कर्मचारियों के फिटमेंट फैक्टर पर केंद्र सरकार निर्णय ले सकती है।
सूचना के अनुसार केंद्रीय कैबिनेट कर्मचारियों के फिटमेंट फैक्टर को नए साल का बजट पेश होने के पहले मंजूरी प्रदान कर सकती है, ताकि यह खर्चा बजट में दिखाया जा सके। इस खर्च को सरकार बजट के एक्सपेंडिचर में शामिल करेगी। अगर सरकार केंद्रीय कर्मचारियों के फिटमेंट फैक्टर में बढ़ोतरी करती है तो कर्मचारियों का वेतन भी बढ़ जाएगा, इसके कारण न्यूनतम वेतन में भी वृद्धि होगी।

आपको बता दे कि अभी केंद्रीय कर्मचारियों को 2.57 प्रतिशत फिटमेंट फैक्टर के आधार पर सैलरी दी जाती है। अब इसे बढ़ाकर 3.68 फीसदी किया जा सकता है, अगर ऐसा होता है तो कर्मचारियों की न्यूनतम सैलरी में करीब 8 हजार रुपए का इजाफा होगा। इसका मतलब यह है कि जिन कर्मचारियों का अब तक वेतन 18000 रुपए था वह बढ़कर 26000 रुपए हो जाएगा।
यूनियन कैबिनेट ने जून 2017 में 7वें वेतन आयोग में करीब 34 परिवर्तन करते हुए उसे मंजूरी प्रदान की थी। प्रवेश स्तर के मूल वेतन के लिए प्रदान किए गए नए वेतनमान को 7,000 रुपये प्रति माह से बढ़ाकर 18,000 रुपये किया गया था, जबकि उच्चतम स्तर के कर्मचारियों के वेतन को 90,000 रुपये से बढ़ाकर 2.5 लाख रुपये किया गया था। कक्षा 1 के अधिकारियों के लिए शुरुआती वेतन 56,100 रुपये रखा गया था।
