बढ़ती महंगाई को देखते हुए सरकार ने अच्छी पहल की है। नरेंद्र मोदी सरकार कथित तौर पर अपने वेतन बैंड के फिटमेंट फैक्टर में बढ़ोतरी पर विचार कर रही है। अगर ऐसा होता है तो सरकारी कर्मचारियों को नए साल पर बेहतरीन तोहफा मिलेगा। मीडिया रिपोर्ट के मुताबिक मोदी सरकार केंद्रीय और राज्य कर्मचारियों के फिटमेंट फैक्टर में बढ़ोतरी की घोषणा कर सकती है, जिससे केंद्रीय कर्मचारियों के न्यूनतम वेतन में बढ़ोतरी होगी। बता दें कि फिटमेंट फैक्टर केंद्र सरकार के सभी कर्मचारियों के लिए बेसिक वेतन तय करता है। अगर फिटमेंट फैक्टर बढ़ता है तो कर्मचारियों की आय भी बढ़ेगी।
सरकार लेगी आखिरी फैसला
केंद्र सरकार के कर्मचारी संघ लंबे समय से न्यूनतम वेतन 18,000 रुपये से बढ़ाकर 26,000 रुपये करने और फिटमेंट फैक्टर को 2.57 गुना से बढ़ाकर 3.68 गुना करने की मांग कर रहे हैं। मीडिया रिपोर्ट के मुताबिक केंद्रीय कर्मचारियों के फिटमेंट फैक्टर का फैसला 1 फरवरी, 2022 को पेश होने वाले केंद्रीय बजट की प्रस्तुति से पहले किया जा सकता है। वर्तमान में कर्मचारियों को 2.57 प्रतिशत के आधार पर फिटमेंट फैक्टर के तहत वेतन मिल रहा है, जिसे बढ़ाकर 3.68 प्रतिशत किया जाता है, तो कर्मचारियों के न्यूनतम वेतन में 8,000 रुपये की वृद्धि होगी। इसका मतलब है कि केंद्र सरकार के कर्मचारियों का न्यूनतम वेतन 18,000 रुपये से बढ़ाकर 26,000 रुपये किया जाएगा।

डीए पहले ही बढ़ा चुकी है सरकार
बता दें कि इससे पहले 2016 में फिटमेंट फैक्टर को बढ़ाया गया था। जिसमें कर्मचारियों का न्यूनतम बेसिक वेतन छह हजार रुपये से बढ़ाकर 18 हजार रुपये किया गया था। बता दें कि वेतन के अलावा सरकार सरकारी कर्मचारियों का डीए भी बढ़ा चुकी है। केंद्र सरकार के कर्मचारियों को 1 जुलाई से DA में 28% की बढ़ोतरी मिल रही है और केंद्र ने फिर DA को 28% से बढ़ाकर 31% करने का फैसला किया। डीए के अलावा सरकार हाउस रेंट अलाउंस भी बढ़ा चुकी है। वहीं कर्मचारी डीए एरियर की मांग भी कर रहे हैं।
