Indian Rice Export: केंद्र की मोदी सरकार ने चावल के निर्यात को लेकर एक बड़ा फैसला लिया है। दरअसल, सरकार ने शुक्रवार को टुकड़ा चावल के निर्यात पर प्रतिबंध लगा दिया है। इसके साथ ही चावल के विभिन्न ग्रेड पर 20 फीसदी का शुल्क लगा दिया है। इस संबंध में विदेश व्यापार महानिदेशालय यानि कि डीजीएफटी (DGFT) ने अपनी अधिसूचना में कहा कि देश में टुकड़ा चावल के निर्यात को मुक्त से प्रतिबंधित श्रेणी में रखा जा रहा है। यहां पर आपको बता दें कि इस दौरान कुछ निर्यातकों को 9 से लेकर 15 सितंबर तक छूट मिलेगी और ये छूट उन्हें मिलेगी, जिन्होंने अधिसूचना जारी होने से पहले निर्यात के लिए जहाजों में लैंडिंग शुरु कर दी थी।
वैश्विक बाजार में पड़ेगा असर
जानकारी के लिए आपको बता दें कि भारत दुनिया के 150 से अधिक देशों को चावल का निर्यात करता है। ऐसे में भारत सरकार के इस बड़े फैसले से उन देशों मे खाद्य कीमतों में उछाल आएगा। सरकार के इस निर्णय से वैश्विक स्तर पर चावल के शिपमेंट पर खासा असर होगा। मालूम हो कि भारत दुनिया का दूसरा सबसे बड़ा चावल उत्पादक देश है। चावल के वैश्विक बाजार में भारत की 40 फीसदी हिस्सेदारी है, तो वहीं, चीन इस लिस्ट में पहले नंबर पर है।

क्यों लिया सरकार ने इतना बड़ा कदम
बताते चले कि भारत सरकार ने उसना चावल को छोड़कर गैर-बासमती चावल पर 20 फीसदी का शुल्क लगाया है। सरकार के इस फैसले निर्यात करना महंगा हो जाएगा। वहीं, इस बार देश में धान की फसल की खेप काफी कम हो गई है। ऐसे में देश में चावल की किसी भी तरह से कमी न हो इसलिए सरकार ने वक्त रहते ये बड़ा कदम उठाया है। सरकार का मकसद है कि देश में चावल की आपूर्ति में किसी भी तरह की कोई बाधा न हो और आपूर्ति सुचारु रुप से जारी रहे।
धान की बुवाई पर पड़ा असर
गौरतलब है कि देश के कई राज्यों में अच्छा मॉनसून नहीं रहा, इसलिए बारिश कम हुई और धान की बुवाई का क्षेत्र कम हो गया। इससे चावल के उत्पादन पर सीधा असर पड़ा। भारत ने 2021-2022 में 2.12 करोड़ टन चावल का निर्यात किया था। वहीं, भारत ने पहले से ही गेहूं के निर्यात पर प्रतिबंध लगा रखा है।
