Old Pension Scheme: देश के सरकारी कर्मचारियों के लिए एक बड़ी खबर है। केंद्र की मोदी सरकार ओल्ड पेंशन स्कीम को एक बार फिर से शुरु करेगी। मोदी सरकार ने इस अहम मुद्दे का जवाब संसद के मौजूदा सत्र में दिया है। केंद्र सरकार में केंद्रीय वित्त राज्य मंत्री भगवत कराड ने लोकसभा में कहा कि साल 2004 तक देश के सभी सरकारी कर्मचारियों को पुरानी पेंशन योजना के तहत पेंशन मिलने का प्रावधान है।
पुरानी पेंशन योजना पर बड़ा अपडेट
केंद्रीय वित्त राज्य मंत्री भगवत कराड ने कहा कि कुछ राज्यों ने अपने सरकारी कर्मचारियों के लिए पुरानी पेंशन योजना को शुरु किया है। मगर केंद्र सरकार इस योजना को फिर से शुरु करने के बारे में नहीं सोच रही है। केंद्रीय वित्त राज्य मंत्री भगवत कराड ने अपने जवाब में पुरानी पेंशन योजना को एक बार फिर से लागू करने से साफ इंकार कर दिया।

यहां लागू है ओल्ड पेंशन स्कीम
पुरानी पेंशन स्कीम को कई राज्यों ने लागू किया है। इनमें राजस्थान, पंजाब, झारखंड और छत्तीसगढ़ सरकार के नाम शामिल हैं। आपको बता दें कि इन राज्यों ने केंद्र सरकार और पेंशन फंड रेगुलेटरी एंड डेवलपमेंट अथॉरिटी को इस बारे में जानकारी दी है। इन सरकारों ने नोटिफिकेशन जारी करके कहा है कि वह अपने यहां पर एनपीएस को ओपीएस में बदला जा रहा है।
केंद्र सरकार ने किया साफ
इन सरकारों की तरफ से केंद्र सरकार को एनपीएस का पैसा वापस करने का प्रस्ताव भेजा गया है। मगर केंद्र सरकार ने झारखंड, राजस्थान और छत्तीसगढ़ सरकार को कहा गया है कि एनपीएस के तहत पैसा वापस करने का कोई नियम नहीं है।
कब लागू हुई थी नई पेंशन स्कीम (NPS)
गौरतलब है कि केंद्र सरकार ने नई पेंशन व्यवस्था को साल 2004 में लागू किया था। इस स्कीम के लिए सरकार ने कर्मचारियों के अलग से खाते खुलवाएं। साथ ही फंड के लिए फंड निवेश मैनेजर भी नियुक्त किए। इसे लागू करने के बाद इसका फंड निवेश बेहतर ही होगा। ऐसे में कर्मचारी 7वें वेतन आयोग के तहत इसे फिर से बहाल करने की मांग कर रहे हैं। आपको बता दें कि नई पेंशन व्यवस्था में पुरानी पेंशन स्कीम के मुकाबले काफी कम लाभ मिलते हैं। ऐसे में कर्मचारियों का भविष्य का नई पेंशन व्यवस्था में सेफ नहीं है, इसलिए वे ओपीएस को बहाल करवाना चाहते हैं।
