NEW DELHI: मुंबई में पहले ही भारी बारिश से आसमानी आफत आ रखी है अब मौसम विभाग की ये जानकारी मुंबई वालों के लिए मुसीबत बन सकती है। मौसम विभाग ने शुक्रवार हो ही ऑरेंज अलर्ट जारी किया था जिसके बाद से ही आफत की बारिश रुकने का नाम नहीं ले रही है। अब विभाग ने येलो अलर्ट जारी किया है। मौसम विभाग ने ये अलर्ट 24 और 25 जुलाई के लिए जारी किया है जो मुंबई के कई अलग अलग जगहों पर होगी। मुंबई के अलावा मध्य प्रदेश, ओडिशा, तेलंगाना, कर्नाटक के तटीय इलाके, साउथ कर्नाटक के लिए भी भारी बारिश संकेत दिये है। बता दें कि अब तक लाइस्लैंड और दबे होने की वजह 136 लोगों की मौत हो चुकी है। एनडीआरएफ की टीमें रेस्क्यू का काम बिना रुके कर रही हैं।
शहर में लगातार बारिश हो रही है, जिससे कई जगहों पर जलभराव, ट्रैफिक जाम हो गया है। बता दें कि साल जुलाई के महीने में बीते सालों से ज्यादा बारिश हुई है। इस महीने कुल वर्षा 1,040 मिमी है। और यह लगातार चौथा साल है जहाँ जुलाई में हुई बारिश ने 1000 मिमी के रिकॉर्ड को पार कर लिया है। जुलाई के लिए सामान्य बारिश का लक्ष्य 827 मिमी है। जून के बाद से शहर में 2,002.5 मिमी बारिश हुई है जो कुल मानसून वर्षा लक्ष्य का 90% से ज्यादा है।
गौरतलब है कि मुंबई और महाराष्ट्र के कोंकण क्षेत्र में बुधवार रात से हो रही भारी बारिश के कारण गुरुवार को मध्य रेलवे की सेवाएं बाधित रहीं। रेलवे नेटवर्क पर ट्रैक वॉशआउट और जलभराव की घटनाओं की सूचना मिली थी। गुरुवार की तड़के लोकल ट्रेन सेवाओं को समस्याओं का सामना करना पड़ा लेकिन बाद में स्थिति सामान्य हो गई और परिचालन बहाल कर दिया गया। एक रिपोर्ट के मुताबिक पूरे दिन में 35 ट्रेनों को डायवर्ट किया गया, 51 को टर्मिनेट किया गया और 48 को रद्द किया गया।
