उत्तर प्रदेश सरकार ने कोविड-19 के बढ़ते मामलों को देखते हुए राज्य भर के सभी स्कूलों को बंद करने का आदेश जारी किया है। स्कूल 15 फरवरी तक बंद रहेंगे। हालांकि ऑनलाइन कक्षाएं जारी रहेंगी। सरकार ने आदेश जारी करते हुए कहा कि स्कूलों को बंद करने का फैसला राज्य में कोविड-19 की स्थिति की समीक्षा के बाद लिया गया है। बता दें कि राज्य में पहले से ही स्कूल और कॉलेज 30 जनवरी तक के लिए बंद थे।
ऑनलाइन क्लासेस रहेंगी जारी
राज्य अतिरिक्त मुख्य सचिव (गृह) अवनीश अवस्थी द्वारा जारी एक आधिकारिक आदेश में कहा गया है कि कोरोना वायरस बीमारी (कोविड -19) के प्रसार को रोकने के लिए उत्तर प्रदेश में सभी स्कूल शारीरिक कक्षाओं के लिए 15 फरवरी तक बंद रहेंगे। अवस्थी ने कहा कि आगामी माध्यमिक बोर्ड परीक्षाओं को देखते हुए ऑनलाइन कक्षाएं जारी रहेंगी। तेजी से बढ़ते संक्रमण को देखते हुए शैक्षणिक संस्थान पहले ही 30 जनवरी तक बंद कर दिए गए थे। अब तारीख को और आगे बढ़ा दिया गया है। बता दें कि इस महीने में दो बार स्कूलों और अन्य शैक्षणिक संस्थानों के बंद को बढ़ाया जा चुका है। पहले 16 जनवरी से 23 जनवरी तक सभी स्कूलों और कॉलेजों को बंद करने का आदेश था जिसे बाद में 30 जनवरी तक के लिए बढ़ा दिया गया। अब एक बार इसे बढ़ाकर 15 फरवरी कर दिया गया है।

उत्तर प्रदेश में बढ़ रहा कोरोना का संक्रमण
ये बात तो सभी जानते हैं कि देश भर में कोरोना के रिकॉर्ड तोड़ मामले दर्ज किए जा रहे हैं। बात करें उत्तर प्रदेश की तो राज्य में कोविड को 10,937 नए मामले दर्ज किए हैं। साथ ही 23 मौतें भी दर्ज की गईं। ताजा मामलों के बाद कुल सक्रिय मामलों की संख्या 80,342 हो गई।अकेले राज्य की राजधानी लखनऊ में 2,096 नए मामले सामने आए। उत्तर प्रदेश में सक्रिय मामलों की कुल संख्या 80,342 हो गई है। वहीं 10 फरवरी से प्रदेश भर में चुनाव हैं।विधानसभा चुनाव इस बार 7 चरणों में होंगे।
