Haryana Assembly Controversy: हरियाणा के नए विधानसभा भवन को लेकर दो राज्यों में टकराव की स्थिति बनती दिख रही है। इसी बीच आम आदमी पार्टी की ओर से सोमवार को ताजा बयान सामने आया है। पंजाब की सत्तारूढ़ AAP ने इस मामले में बयान जारी कर कहा कि चंडीगढ़ (Chandigarh) पर केवल पंजाब (Punjab) का अधिकार है और हरियाणा (Haryana) को शहर में अतिरिक्त विधानसभा भवन बनाने की अनुमति नहीं दी जाएगी। इसके बाद से दोनों राज्यों के बीच विवाद उलझता जा रहा है। बता दें कि आप के प्रदेश प्रवक्ता मलविंदर सिंह कंग (Malvinder Singh Kang) ने कहा कि उक्त मामले में AAP का रुख साफ है। उन्होंने कहा कि पंजाब के दर्जनों गांवों की जमीन पर बसाए गए चंडीगढ़ में हरियाणा को एक इंच भी जमीन नहीं दी जाएगी।
कांग्रेस ने पीएम को लिखा पत्र
वहीं कांग्रेस नेता प्रताप सिंह बाजवा ने इस मामले को लेकर प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी को एक पत्र लिखा है। सूत्रों से मिली जानकारी के मुताबिक, बाजवा ने पीएम मोदी को लिखे पत्र में कहा है कि विधानसभा भवन के निर्माण के लिए हरियाणा का जमीन अदला-बदली का प्रस्ताव पंजाब में पहले से चिंताजनक कानून-व्यवस्था की स्थिति के लिहाज से बेहद जोखिम भरा है। जानकारी के मुताबिक शिरोमणि अकाली दल ने भी इस मुद्दे पर पार्टी की निर्णय तय करने के लिए इस सप्ताह के अंत में अपने वरिष्ठ नेताओं की अहम बैठक बुलाई है। राजनीति के जानकारों की माने तो ये बैठक गेमचेंजर साबित होंगे।
हरियाणा ने चंडीगढ़ में मांगा है 10 एकड़ का भूखंड
जानकारी के लिए बता दें कि हरियाणा सरकार चंडीगढ़ मध्य मार्ग ट्रैफिक लाइट पॉइंट के पास रेलवे स्टेशन रोड जंक्शन के पास अपना विधानसभा भवन बनाना चाहती है, जो कि कलाग्राम के पास स्थित है। माना जा रहा है कि सरकार को यहां पर 10 एकड़ की खाली पड़ी जमीन पसंद आई है। लेकिन इसके बावजूद भी सरकार के द्वारा नए विधानसभा भवन के निर्माण के लिए चंडीगढ़ प्रशासन को एक लेटर लिखा है। बताया जा रहा है कि इस पत्र में लिखा है कि चंडीगढ़ प्रशासन अगर इस जमीन को देता है तो, वह उसे इस जमीन के बदले में पंचकूला के सेक्टर 7 मे स्थित मनसा देवी काम्प्लैक्स में 10 एकड़ जमीन दे देगी। बहरहाल आम आदमी पार्टी के प्रदेश (पंजाब) प्रवक्ता मलविंदर सिंह कंग ने कहा कि पार्टी और पंजाब सरकार, हरियाणा सरकार के प्रस्ताव का पुरजोर विरोध करेगी।
