Kiren Rijiju: सुप्रीम कोर्ट के सेवानिवृत्त न्यायाधीश न्यायमूर्ति बीएन कृष्णा ने देश में अभिव्यक्ति की स्वतंत्रता या इसकी कमी की बात कही है। सुप्रीम कोर्ट के रिटायर्ड जज जस्टिस बीएन श्रीकृष्णा ने सिविल सेवकों को कानून और शासन पर अपने निजी विचार रखने की आजादी मिलने की बात कही थी। उनका कहना था कि देश में अभिव्यक्ति की आजादी की कमी है, यह बहुत खराब है उनकी इस बात पर केंद्रीय मंत्री किरण रिजिजी ने पलटवार किया है।
केंद्रीय मंत्री ने किया ट्वीट
केंद्रीय मंत्री किरण ने ट्वीट कर लिखा कि जो लोग लोकप्रिय रूप से निर्वाचित प्रधानमंत्री को गाली देने के लिए बिना किसी प्रतिबंध के हर समय बोलते हैं, वे अभिव्यक्ति की स्वतंत्रता के बारे में रो रहे हैं! वे कभी भी कांग्रेस पार्टी द्वारा लगाए गए आपातकाल के बारे में बात नहीं करेंगे और कभी भी कुछ क्षेत्रीय पार्टी के मुख्यमंत्रियों की आलोचना करने की हिम्मत नहीं करेंगे।
प्रधानमंत्री पर बोले जज श्री कृष्णा
बता दे कि एक इंटरव्यू में जज श्रीकृष्णा ने कहा था कि आज हालात बहुत खराब है मुझे स्वीकार करना होगा। अगर मैं एक सार्वजनिक चौक में खड़ा होता और कहता कि मुझे प्रधानमंत्री का चेहरा पसंद नहीं है तो कोई मेरे घर पर छापा मार सकता है। मुझे बगैर कोई वजह बताए जेल में डाल सकता है। अब यह एक ऐसी चीज है जिसका हम सभी को एक नागरिक के तौर पर विरोध करना चाहिए। इस बयान पर किरण रिजिजू का गुस्सा भी देखा गया। केंद्रीय मंत्री किरण ने अभिव्यक्ति की आजादी को लेकर काफी गुस्सा जताया है। उन्होंने सभी को अपने बयानों के जरिए खरी-खोटी भी सुनाई है।

स्मिता सभरवाल ने किया ट्वीट
श्री कृष्णा के बयान पर किरण ने कहा कि आज अभिव्यक्ति की आजादी की बात करने वाले लोग इंदिरा गांधी सरकार के वक्त साल 1975 में देश में लगाए गए आपातकाल पर क्या कहेंगे। इसके बाद द पीपल्स ऑफिसर के नाम से मशहूर स्मिता सभरवाल ने ट्वीट कर कहा कि बिलकिस बानो केस के दोषियों की रिहाई के बारे में पढ़कर वह एक महिला और एक सिविल सेवक के तौर पर इस पर यकीन नहीं कर पाती है। “एक महिला और एक सिविल सेवक के रूप में मैं इस समाचार पर विश्वास नहीं करती हम बगैर किसी दल के आजाद हवा में सांस लेने के उसके हक को फिर से नहीं छीन सकते हैं और हम खुद को एक आजाद देश कैसे कह सकते हैं”।
