IND vs NZ: भारत और न्यूजीलैंड के बीच टी20 सीरीज का आज दूसरा मुकाबला माउंट मॉन्गनुई के मैदान पर खेला गया। इस मैच में भारत ने पहले बल्लेबाजी करते हुए 191 रनों लक्ष्य न्यूजीलैंड टीम के सामने रखा। लक्ष्य का पीछा करने उतरी न्यूजीलैंड की टीम 126 रन पर ही ऑल आउट हो गई और इंडिया ने 65 रनों से मैच जीत लिया। न्यूजीलैंड टीम के हार के बाद विलियम्सन ने अपनीओ टीम की गलतियों और सूर्या की पारी पर बोलते हुए देखा गया।
सूर्या हैं जबरदस्त बल्लेबाज
न्यूजीलैंड टीम के कप्तान केन विलियम्सन ने मैच के बाद मीडिया से बात करते हुए कहा कि, “सूर्या की पारी वर्ल्ड क्लॉस पारी है मैंने अब तक जितनी भी पारियां देखी हैं उनमें से यह सबसे एक बेहतरीन पारी है उनमें से कुछ शॉट, मैंने पहले कभी नहीं देखे। हमें गेंद से गति नहीं मिली, पर्याप्त विकेट नहीं मिले और बल्ले से भी गति नहीं मिली यह निराशाजनक था। फिर से, मैं सूर्यकुमार के बारे में कहूंगा, उनकी पारी ने मैच में अंतर डाल दिया। चेज़ में थोड़ा स्विंग हुआ और भारत ने कुछ स्विंग हासिल करने के लिए अच्छा प्रदर्शन किया। उन कुछ क्षेत्रों को देखना और सुधार करना महत्वपूर्ण है, सूर्या दुनिया के सर्वश्रेष्ठ खिलाड़ी हैं।
सूर्या ने की ताबड़तोड़ बैटिंग
इससे पहले, टॉस हारकर पहले बैटिंग करने उतरी भारतीय टीम की शुरुआत अच्छी नहीं थी। सलामी बल्लेबाज ऋषभ पंत महज 6 रन बनाकर आउट हो गए। इसके बाद ईशान किशन ने सूर्यकुमार यादव के साथ अहम साझेदारी निभाई। जिसके बाद ईशान किशन भी कुछ देर बाद सोढ़ी की स्पिन गेंद का शिकार हो गए। लेकिन सूर्या भारत के लिए एक छोर पकड़कर खड़े हो गए और अच्छी गेंदों को भी बाउंडरी पार भेजने लगे। 32-वर्षीय सूर्या ने 33 गेंदों में अपना अर्धशतक पूरा किया। जिसके बाद उन्होंने अचानक से गति पकड़ी और अगली 16 गेंदों में करियर का दूसरा शतक ठोक दिया। सूर्या ने 51 गेंदों का सामना करते हुए 217.65 की शानदार स्ट्राइक रेट से 111 रनो की नाबाद पारी खेली। सूर्या ने अपनी इस पारी में 7 छक्के और 11 चौके जड़े। न्यूजीलैंड के लिए गेंदबाज टिम साउथी ने करियर की दूसरी हैट्रिक ली।
