Hindi Gets Recognition In UN: हिंदी भाषा (Hindi language) ने वैश्विक मंच (global stage) पर अपना डंका बजवा लिया है। जी हां, संयुक्त राष्ट्र महासभा (United Nations General Assembly) में भारत (India) के द्वारा कई सालों से की जा रही कोशिश को अब जाकर सफलता मिली है।
दरअसल, संयुक्त राष्ट्र महासभा की ओर से बहुभाषावाद (multilingualism) पर भारत के प्रस्ताव को पारित किया गया है। संयुक्त राष्ट्र ने अपनी भाषाओं में हिंदी को शामिल करने का अहम फैसला लिया है। प्रस्ताव में संयुक्त राष्ट्र के कामकाज (working of the United Nations) में हिंदी व अन्य भाषाओं को भी बढ़ावा देने का पहली बार जिक्र किया गया है।
प्रस्ताव में बांग्ला और उर्दू का भी जिक्र
यहां पर आपको बता दे कि संयुक्त राष्ट्र महासभा UNGA में भारत के स्थायी प्रतिनिधि राजदूत TS तिरुमूर्ति ने जानकारी देते हुए कहा कि इस साल पहली बार प्रस्ताव में हिंदी भाषा को भी शामिल किया गया है, जिसमें बांग्ला और उर्दू का भी जिक्र है। हम इन बदलाव का स्वागत करते हैं। उन्होंने कहा- भारत 2018 से संयुक्त राष्ट्र के वैश्विक संचार विभाग (DGC) के साथ साझेदारी कर रहा है। संयुक्त राष्ट्र के समाचार और मल्टीमीडिया कंटेंट को हिंदी भाषा में प्रसारित करने और मुख्य बनाने के लिए फंड भी दे रहा है।
जानिए क्या है हिंदी @ यूएन प्रोजेक्ट
यहां पर आपको बता दें कि हिंदी भाषा को वैश्विक स्तर पर बढ़ावा देने के प्रयासों के तहत ‘हिंदी @ यूएन’ प्रोजेक्ट 2018 में शुरू किया गया था। इसका मकसद हिंदी भाषा के जरिये संयुक्त राष्ट्र की अप्रोच को और व्यापक बनाने के साथ दुनिया भर में लाखों हिंदी भाषी आबादी के बीच इंटरनेशनल मुद्दों के बारे में अधिक जागरुकता फैलाना रहा है।
तिरुमूर्ति ने कहा-“इस संदर्भ में मैं 1 फरवरी, 1946 को पहले सेशन में अपनाए गए UNSC के प्रस्ताव 13(1) को याद करना चाहूंगा, जिसमें कहा गया था कि संयुक्त राष्ट्र अपने उद्देश्यों को तब तक प्राप्त नहीं कर सकता जब तक कि दुनिया के लोगों को इसके उद्देश्यों और एक्टिविटीज के बारे में पूरी जानकारी नहीं हो।” यानी तिरुमूर्ति का आशय भाषा की पहुंच से था।
आसान भाषा में समझिए क्या है बहुभाषावाद
यहां पर ध्यान देने वाली बात है कि भारत के स्थायी प्रतिनिधि राजदूत TS तिरुमूर्ति ने 1 फरवरी, 1946 को पहले सत्र में अपनाए गए UNSC के प्रस्ताव 13(1) का भी जिक्र किया। इसमें कहा गया था कि संयुक्त राष्ट्र अपने उद्देश्यों को तब तक हासिल नहीं कर सकता जब तक कि दुनिया के लोगों को इसके लक्ष्य के बारे में पूरी जानकारी न हो।
उन्होंने आगे कहा कि यह जरूरी है कि संयुक्त राष्ट्र में बहुभाषावाद को सही मायने में अपनाया जाए और भारत इसे हासिल करने में संयुक्त राष्ट्र का समर्थन करेगा। वहीं, अभी संयुक्त राष्ट्र में अरबी, चीनी, अंग्रेजी, फ्रेंच, रूसी और स्पेनिश संयुक्त राष्ट्र की 6 आधिकारिक भाषाएं हैं, जिसमें अंग्रेजी और फ्रेंच मुख्य हैं।
